 This yarn is an heathered, tweedy blend resulting in a tone-on-tone effect yarn with signature dark flecks you'd expect in a true tweed. It has a lovely hand, is great for scarves or other moderately bulky items - hand washing is suggested. While a bit on the pricey side - check out the yardage! Unlike so many blends like this, the Araucania Azapa yarn comes put up in 100 g hanks and measures almost 200 yards in length - per hank! A great yard-for-yard buy!
