Free Yarn at Yarn Love
What, huh? Free yarn? Well, technically ...yes, you earn free yarn when you shop with Yarn Love. Here, it's all about the Love. Love of knitting. Love of yarn. Love of crochet-ing (Okay, I don't love to crochet, at all. But, I understand that some do and they all qualify as yarn lovers, too! :-)
My customers are everything ("Well...duh," you say, but seriously). I'd rather have you buy from me, and keep coming back because you not only appreciate my prices (and the FREE SHIPPING) but because you love the personalized customer service that you get as I handle each and every customer myself. I sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase, and I very much want you to come back and consider Yarn Love next time you're shopping.
As part of that effort I've introduced "Love Money".
How do you get Love Money?
For every $10 you spend with Yarn Love, you receive $1 "Love Dollar" good towards a future purchase.
If your purchase total is $29.99, how much Love Money will you receive?
Someone is bound to ask, so I'll go ahead and put this out there in black and white. If your purchase total equals $29.99, you will only get $2 Love Dollars. For $.01 more you would have received $3 Love Dollars. Yes, I know that seems horrible. But, lines have to be drawn somewhere, and that is where I drew this one.
Please accept my sincerest apologies if you think that this is unfair.
When I ship your yarns, in the package with your receipt you'll have an extra sheet noting how much Love Money you've earned for that purchase, when they expire, and your redemption code.
How do you redeem your Love Money?
When you check out, enter your redemption code into the "Voucher" field in the shopping cart. If you have any trouble, email me at yarngirl@yarnlove.com and I'll help you out.
What if you lose your Love Money?
I keep a record of the Love Money redemption codes. If you're Love Money is still valid (not expired) I can supply you with the code and amount so you can use them. In other words, don't fret if you lose the paper with the details, I can help you out.
Love Money is awarded on a purchase-by-purchase basis.
If you make one purchase for $23.00 you'll earn $2 Love Dollars. If make a subsequent purchase of $7 you will not receive another $1 Love Money for the second purchase. Again, those lines have to be drawn somewhere.
What if you return the items for which you earned Love Money?
The Love Money you earned will be reduced. For example if you originally purchased $50 and earned $5 LD, and returned $30 ... your Love Money would be reduced by $3.00. If you simply exchange your items, then your Love Money is not affected. |
